Malin Behrens
Co-Founder, Managing Director
After her Business Administration studies, Malin Behrens started her career in recruiting more than ten years ago. In an internationally operating personnel consultancy, she specialized in permanent placement, contracting and project management. Subsequently, she was responsible for international talent management projects as a freelance expert. With the founding of WECO Experts GmbH, she consistently expands her experience and focuses with WECO HSE Experts on filling key positions in HSE.
Lasse Rothfuss
Co-Founder, Managing Director
Lasse Rothfuss began his career after his Master of Science in IT-Management in international consulting. In projects in Europe and the USA, he accompanied global corporations in digitalization and the introduction of new structures. With the founding of WECO Experts GmbH, he established a specialized network for the life sciences industry. With WECO HSE Experts, he further expands this approach and creates a platform that connects companies with experienced experts in the HSE field.
